If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.

Information only. Not an emergency service. In danger, call your local emergency number: 112 in the EU and many countries, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK.

What this is

Stay Safe Anywhere is an information service. The free Paris file is a sample crisis plan: numbers, routes, phrases and links, checked on the dates printed in it. It is not the police, not SAMU, not the fire brigade, not an insurer, and not a medical or legal service. Nobody is sitting on the other end of this website. Information can be out of date or wrong by the time you read it. Always check official sources and follow local authorities.

Check the official source

Streets close, curfews move, and hospital entrances change. Every section of the sample names a source and a date. Before you rely on a line, open the link — above all the UK FCDO France advice, the US France advisory if that is your government, and whatever the prefecture or the police are saying today. We summarise. We do not republish FCDO text.

The sample describes a generic hotel area on Rue de Rivoli in the 1st arrondissement. It is not personalised to a booking. A plan for your real address is a later, paid product and is not available here.

Medical and legal limits

Nothing here is a dose, a diagnosis, or a ruling on whether a medicine is legal to carry. Insulin notes are about keeping it cool and with you. Ask a pharmacist or your own clinician. Passenger-rights amounts are a summary of public regulator pages; the airline and the CAA or Your Europe pages decide a real claim.

Follow local authorities

If police, firefighters or medics tell you to leave, to stay inside, or to take a particular road, do that. A PDF does not outrank them. Do not cross a police line to follow a route in the sample.

Liability

The sample is free. To the extent the law allows, Future Healthcare Group Limited, the operator, is not liable for loss that comes from using it, including a missed flight, a closed museum, or a decision you made from a line that was right on 19 October and wrong the next morning. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. The product intention for paid plans is to cap liability at the price paid, and to keep the same rule: information only, not an emergency service.
