About the plan

What is Stay Safe Anywhere?

A personal safety plan for your exact address: live alerts, safe routes, the nearest hospital, pharmacy and your embassy, in your language.

What's in my plan?

Emergency numbers, the nearest A&E, your embassy, safe routes, live alerts, the nearest pharmacy, and what to do. The free Paris example shows these on paper.

How is it personalised?

By the address and the nationality you enter. The plan is for that spot, and for the embassy of the country you're a citizen of.

Where does the information come from?

Official sources, such as embassies and local authorities. The Paris example lists each source and the date it was checked.

How up to date is it?

The Paris example was checked on 19 October 2026. Facts change. The plan names the source so you can check it.

Travel and home

Is it for travel or home?

Both. Any address: your home, a hotel, or an Airbnb.

Which countries or cities does it work for?

A paid plan is for the address you enter: home, a hotel, or an Airbnb. The free example is one sample address on Rue de Rivoli, Paris, written for British nationality. It is not a real booking.

Privacy and safety

Why do you ask my nationality?

So the plan can name your embassy. Nationality is the country you're a citizen of.

Do you need my passport?

No. We never ask for a passport number or ID.

Can I print it, and does it work offline?

Yes. It is a PDF you can print, or save on your phone, so you still have it when mobile networks are down.

Is this an emergency service?

No. In danger, call your local emergency number: 112 in the EU and many countries, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK.

Alerts and the assistant

What are live alerts?

With a paid plan, alerts for your exact address: for the whole trip on a Single Trip or a Multi-Stay Trip, or all year at home and on every trip with Membership. They arrive by email and as a notification on your phone. When something important changes nearby, a new version of your plan is sent.

Where do alerts come from?

Official sources, such as local authorities, civil protection, weather services, and embassy advisories.

What can the AI assistant do?

An AI safety assistant for the length of your trip or Membership. It works from the address you give us and your plan, and it answers at any hour. We never track your location. You can ask things like: the metro is shut, how do I get to the airport; where's the nearest open pharmacy. It is information only, not an emergency service. In danger, call your local emergency number.

Pricing

What do Single Trip, Multi-Stay Trip, and Membership include?

A Single Trip is one plan for one address: $15, up to 14 days. A Multi-Stay Trip is $29, up to 5 addresses and 30 days. Each stay has its own plan, alerts and assistant, and you add the next address from your plan. Membership is $59 a year for home and unlimited trips, for a household of up to 5. Every paid plan includes the PDF and wallet card, live local alerts, an auto-updating plan, and an AI safety assistant for the length of the plan.

Can I share it with my family?

Membership covers a household of up to 5. You add their address from the plan. There is no GPS tracking, and they are told they have been added.

How do I contact you?
